Between 2012 and 2015, a series of impactful educational infrastructure projects were successfully executed, reflecting our commitment to quality, timeliness, and purpose-driven development:

All Saints School, Vithura (2012):

A 10,000 sq. ft. academic block was constructed and delivered within just one year.

Mystical Rose School, Vettukad:

Alongside the Vithura project, a 10,000 sq. ft. facility was built and completed in an impressive 9-month timeframe.

St. Antony’s Public School, Valiyathura:

This 6,000 sq. ft. structure was completed in just 6 months, showcasing our speed and efficiency.

Holy Trinity Public School, Mararimuttom, Neyyattinkara:

A comprehensive development including a 4,000 sq. ft. school building, a 2,000 sq. ft. auditorium, and an 800 sq. ft. stage, completed within a year.

Shalini Bhavan School, Vamanapuram:

A fully-equipped school from UKG to Plus Two, featuring 26 classrooms across 12,000 sq. ft., was built over a span of one and a half years.

St. Mary’s School & Convent Center, Nagambadom, Kottayam (2014):

Delivered within 6 months, this project further strengthened our footprint in educational construction.

St. Pius School, Kuttikkanam, Idukki:

A 9,000 sq. ft. school building, successfully completed over a period of one and a half years.

Amalambika Convent English School, Kumily, Idukki (2015):

This comprehensive project included the main school building, hostel, compound wall, and a playground—all completed in just 6 months.

Additional milestones include:

PRD Arts and Science College (2015):

A large-scale educational institution with a total investment of ₹8 crore, completed over 2 years.

Sri Sathya Sai Arts and Science College, Saigramam (2016):

Built at a project cost of ₹12 crore, this prestigious institution was developed over a 3-year period.

Vizhinjam Seaport – Rock Supply (Ongoing):

A major logistics and material supply project, currently valued at over ₹19 crore, has been underway for the past 2 years—supporting one of Kerala’s most ambitious infrastructure ventures.
